265. One cannot shoulder the burden of another.
The following verses (2:134, 2:141, 2:281, 2:286, 3:25, 3:161, 4:111, 6:31, 6:164, 7:39, 7:96, 9:82, 9:95, 10:8, 10:52, 17:15, 34:65, 35:18, 39:7, 39:24, 39:48, 39:51, 40:17, 45:22, 52:21, 53:38, 74:38) of the Quran say one cannot shoulder the burden of another.This is a very important cornerstone of Islamic ideology where Islam finds itself in complete denial of Christianity.
Islam does not accept the philosophy of Jesus Christ shouldering the burden of all born sinners of this world.
Islam says each one pays for the sins committed by him. Prophet Adam committed a sin and the burden of the sin lies only on his shoulders and not on the shoulders of his progeny. They are never a partner in the sins committed by Prophet Adam, and nobody is a born sinner says Islam.
And Islam refutes the responsibiity on the shoulders of Jesus Christ for the sins committed by others.
The fundamentals of Islam strongly refutes punishing one for the mistakes committed by another.
The above cited verses of the Quran stand testimony, that any recompense for the mistakes committed by dead cannot be attained unless in the way shown by Allah and his Prophet Muhammad.
Please refer to explanation point 456, to understand that Jesus Christ was not sacrificed for the sins of others.
