The Quran in its verses 2:125, 2:127, 2:158, 3:97, 5:2, 5:97, 8:35, 22:26, 22:29, 22:33, 106:3 refers the word ‘that place of worship’ here it should be taken as meaning the Kaaba and its precincts.
